Department: Customer Service Swizzonic Location: Office located in Barcelona, Spain or full-remote Responsibilities:

• Establish a relationship of trust with every customer who contacts us, representing

the values of the company

Requirements:

• Swiss-German language high skills are essential
• English would also be welcome, Italian and French are a plus
• You must have demonstrable previous experience in customer service and/or

helpdesk. If you don't have experience, that's fine, but you must have reputed company studies and/or a clear customer orientation and attitude to compensate for it

• Impeccable oral and written communication
