Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across reputed company and reputed company Ads platforms. Set up, launch, monitor, and scale advertising campaigns for a portfolio of creative and founder-led clients. Conduct ongoing campaign analysis and performance reporting. Identify opportunities for optimisation and improved return on ad spend. Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and key performance metrics. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align campaigns with business objectives. Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies. Troubleshoot account issues and proactively recommend solutions. Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices across paid media channels. Contribute strategic insights to support client growth and retention. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing reputed company and reputed company Ads campaigns. Proven experience working with scaling brands, SMEs, or founder-led businesses. Strong understanding of paid reputed company and paid search strategy, optimisation, and reporting. Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts with minimal supervision. Experience analysing campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements. Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking. Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote agency environment. Experience using reporting and analytics tools is advantageous.
