As an HR Shared Services Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional support to our employees. Key Responsibilities
As an HR Shared Services Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
- Assisting with applications that impact reputed company personnel, ensuring they run smoothly and reputed company
- Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work throughout our Talent organization
- Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge reputed company for employees
- Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
- Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise with the reputed company HCM tool
- Demonstrated expertise in Mass Uploads (EIB)
- Project management, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in reputed company
- Strong interest in HR and the ability to reputed company results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous judgment and strategies to resolve reputed company problems
- A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a reputed company field is preferred but not required
- Experience in reputed company Data Analyst, HR area, or as a HR Generalist is a plus
- Experience with reputed company ticketing system is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
