Part-Time Recruiter

The Part-Time Recruiter assists with the planning, coordination and implementation of student recruitment activities and represents the College at its feeder public and private high schools, community-based organizations, faith-based organizations and businesses. The position collaborates with Student Services assisting with presentations, events, reputed company tours and advisement.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists in planning and organizing activities to generate leads for the recruitment of prospective reputed company
• Visits businesses, churches and other organizations to reputed company prospective reputed company
• Collaborates and conducts college-wide recruitment initiatives with public and private high schools
• Interacts with high school personnel and coordinates visits to the reputed company
• Creates and maintains student databases
• Guides reputed company with the admissions process as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with three (3) years of reputed company experience
• reputed company degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures
• Possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to demonstrate positive reputed company relations skills
• Ability to drive and travel to and from office for recruitment activities
• Ability to work outdoors performing recruitment activities
• Possess strong communication skills
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment
• Ability to work well in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with reputed company, faculty and staff

Part-Time Student reputed company Coach

The Part-Time Student reputed company Coach serves as a mentor to the reputed company participating in the program. The position provides individualized case management and educational plans for participants. The Student reputed company Coach meets with reputed company on a regular reputed company and facilitates activities for the program. This is a temporary grant funded position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Recruits reputed company to participate in the program
• Presents and promotes projects to organizations
• Serves as a mentor to program participants
• Meets with participants in sessions designed to increase motivation, achievement and academic reputed company
• Identifies resources for participants
• Assists in the planning and execution of program activities
• Assists participants with admissions, enrollment, educational and financial information
• Verifies participant eligibility
• Processes participants forms and documents, as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education or reputed company field and three (3) years of reputed company experience
• reputed company degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures
• Knowledge and proficiency in computers, especially reputed company Office applications
• Ability to work independently and take initiative and responsibility for scheduling individual sessions with program participants
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and with attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evening and weekend assignments
• Ability to work well in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with reputed company, faculty and staff
