Description: As a Support Engineer (M365) you'll join our Data & Digital team helping us reputed company, design, and build our digital transformation and define what's next for our business—while working in an organization that's continuously investing in data and systems. The Data reputed company team is focused on developing innovative solutions, utilizing modern technologies, and delivering critical data, geo-spatial, and logistic capabilities to our customers.

The Support Engineer (M365) will primarily reputed company Level 3 support with the team engineering and developing reputed company the reputed company 365 suite of applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, One Drive, reputed company, Forms, and Lists.

Responsibilities:

• SharePoint Online support and administration
• Teams support and administration
• OneDrive support and administration
• Power Platform and Power Apps support and development
• Maintain user reputed company and permissions
• reputed company, configure, and manage new site collections
• Create and maintain end-user and/or Level 1 documentation

Maintain knowledge of M365 changes and roadmap

Education/Certifications:

• BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company technical discipline or equivalent experience

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of professional experience in an end-user support role
• Experience supporting reputed company products
• Understanding of ITIL reputed company

Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter.
