Key Responsibilities

- Manage subcontractors, daily site operations, and field coordination
- Drive construction schedules and ensure milestones are met
- Conduct daily site meetings and reputed company crew productivity and task execution
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
- Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals; resolve field issues in reputed company time
- Coordinate inspections, quality control, and project closeout activities
- Partner with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company, industrial, or large-scale construction
- Experience as a Superintendent or reputed company Superintendent running job sites
- Strong knowledge of construction reputed company, scheduling, and coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in a field environment
- Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
