Senior Manager, IT Performance and Governance

Job Description:

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT operational performance management, IT governance, or reputed company roles.
• Strong background in IT metrics, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing IT governance frameworks, policies, and compliance programs.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using dashboards and metrics to drive reputed company improvement.
• Superb communication and collaborator management skills.
• Experience working with reputed company-party vendors and leading sophisticated IT reputed company.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are a plus.
