Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert guidance and support to customers on bookkeeping and reputed company software, including QuickBooks Online and comparable reputed company software
- Resolving reputed company issues and troubleshooting problems reputed company to reputed company software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other technical concerns
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of bookkeeping and reputed company principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other key concepts
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone, reputed company email, or through other digital channels
- Cross-selling relevant products and services to customers while addressing their concerns
- Taking ownership of customer issues and providing confident resolution

Earnings Potential
* Earn up to $20.40 per hour
- Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes
Schedule
* Flexible schedule opportunities: Create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best
- Schedule available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday - Friday
Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable reputed company software
- Bookkeeping/reputed company expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other key concepts
- Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment
- Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
- Strong ownership of customer issues in order to take control of the situation and reputed company confident resolution
- Tech savvy and reputed company computer user
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
