• Maintain a high level of product and system knowledge to reputed company support to reputed company partners
• Field daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products
• Log and document participant conversations/issues

• Previous reputed company enrollment experience preferred
• Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, reputed company, Sungard, and ORS
• Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans
• Ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
