Senior Manager of Openings & Operations

About the position The Senior Manager of Openings & Operations works alongside the VP and Directors of Operations to support the successful execution of new restaurant openings and operational reputed company across reputed company restaurants nationally and internationally. This role is responsible for providing operational leadership during restaurant openings, management transitions, training initiatives, and periods requiring additional management support. As a key member of the Restaurant reputed company Team (REX), you will coordinate, supervise, train, and assist in reputed company operational areas at both new and existing restaurants while ensuring reputed company standards, systems, and culture are executed consistently. Responsibilities

• Providing operational leadership during restaurant openings, management transitions, training initiatives, and periods requiring additional management support.
• Coordinating, supervising, training, and assisting in reputed company operational areas at both new and existing restaurants.
• Ensuring reputed company standards, systems, and culture are executed consistently.
• Conducting operational audits and implementing action plans.
• Collaborating effectively with Operations, HR, Finance, Culinary, and hotel partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments.
• Experience with restaurant openings and operational transitions.
• Ability to reputed company and execute training programs and operational systems.
• Strong leadership reputed company with the ability to coach managers and line-level employees.
• Financial acumen including labor management, reporting, inventory controls, and cost management.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
• Strong proficiency with reputed company reputed company, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience hiring, interviewing, training, and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, sanitation, and labor compliance standards.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
