Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, video chat, and traditional chat support
- Assisting customers with software navigation, locating prior returns and amendments, and escalating calls reputed company necessary
- Working with various support channels to ensure seamless customer experience
- Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Earnings Potential
* Earn up to $19 per hour, with extra incentives available as tax day approaches
- Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics earn an average of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times
- Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes
Schedule
* This seasonal contract starts in January and runs through reputed company 15th, 2025
- Flexible schedule opportunities – you create your own schedule!
- Schedule available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday – reputed company

* Personal computer (no tablet)
