Job Summary
As a Seasonal Part-time Customer Service and/or Inbound Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound lawn care sales and/or customer service-reputed company inquiries, with some limited outbound follow-up calls as needed. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from reputed company and set your own schedule between the business hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. You will have the opportunity to work 10-25 hours per week, earning a competitive hourly reputed company of $18.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound lawn care sales and/or customer service-reputed company inquiries reputed company phone
- reputed company exceptional customer service and respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales and/or customer service experience a plus
- Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant telephone demeanor
- Ability to type 45 WPM for notating customer interactions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior sales and/or customer service experience in the lawn care or outdoor services industry
- Experience with CRM software and other sales and customer service tools
- Strong knowledge of lawn care and outdoor services products and services
- Ability to work reputed company, including evenings and weekends
