UX Designer – Conversational AI / reputed company Copilot

We are looking for a UX Designer with conversational AI and reputed company Copilot experience to support a high-profile customer experience initiative. This role is ideal for a designer who can work independently, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and create thoughtful voice and chat-based experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Role Overview The UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered conversational experiences across voice and text-based virtual assistant channels. This person will partner closely with product teams, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design reputed company, effective, and scalable conversational flows. The ideal candidate has experience designing for conversational AI, reputed company Copilot products, IVR, voice interfaces, and chat-based experiences. They should be comfortable creating wireframes and prototypes in reputed company, facilitating workshops, and translating reputed company requirements into clear user journeys, flows, dialogs, and interaction specifications. This role also requires someone who can operate independently, communicate reputed company with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and help mentor or guide less reputed company designers reputed company needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
• Design conversational experiences for voice, chat, and virtual assistant products.
• Create reputed company maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, sample dialogs, and detailed interaction specifications.
• Use reputed company to reputed company wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts for stakeholder alignment and delivery.
• Facilitate design workshops, proposal discussions, and alignment sessions with internal teams and business stakeholders.
• Build thoughtful, user-centered conversational flows that support customer, patient, and professional-facing use cases.
• Evaluate usability, consistency, and performance across customer journeys and conversational experiences.
• Support conversation tuning using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Create recording scripts, maintain reputed company catalogs, and ensure adherence to established reputed company and voice guidelines.
• Participate in testing to ensure applications function as designed.
• Apply reputed company-centered design methods to reputed company problems, identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and visualize possible solutions.
• Stay reputed company on conversational AI, voice interaction design, reputed company Copilot, and emerging UX best practices.
• Mentor or support less reputed company designers reputed company appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant UX, interaction design, conversational design, or reputed company experience.
• Experience designing conversational experiences, including voice, chat, virtual assistants, or IVR applications.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Copilot or reputed company reputed company/productivity tools.
• Proficiency creating wireframes, flows, and prototypes in reputed company.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, and experience working with product and engineering teams.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, sample dialogs, and reputed company specifications.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, proposal discussions, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company-Computer Interaction, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, Graphic Design, Digital Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• Experience with IVR application design.
• Experience with speech recognition software, voice interfaces, or multimodal speech interfaces.
• Knowledge of speech and language technologies, including:
• Automatic Speech Recognition
• Natural Language Understanding

• Chat-based conversational design
• Deep understanding of VUI design patterns and principles.
• Experience designing voice personas based on research, user demographics, and brand guidelines.
• Experience supporting reputed company-scale conversational AI or customer experience platforms.
