About the Role

As a B2B Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our business customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for interacting with customers reputed company phone and email to assist with their business accounts, resolving credit, customer service, and billing concerns. You'll also act as a liaison between customers, business representatives, and arenaflex support paths to ensure seamless communication and resolution.

Key Responsibilities
