Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that patients have a positive experience while resolving their accounts in a timely manner
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and reputed company providers
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account information

Requirements:

Compensation:
The salary reputed company for this position is as follows:
- NorCal (Napa, Sonoma): $21.82 - $33.99 per hour
- Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt): $19.45 - $30.29 per hour
- WA Puget Sound: $18.66 - $29.06 per hour
- Oregon (Portland): $18.66 - $29.06 per hour
- Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside): $17.39 - $27.09 per hour
- Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, reputed company reputed company): $16.60 - $25.86 per hour
- Montana: $15.02 - $23.40 per hour
- Texas/New Mexico: $14.23 - $22.17 per hour
