CRM Campaign Specialist

Job Description:

• Configure and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, onsite notifications, and promotional pages
• Utilize data and reporting tools to support segmentation, targeting, and reputed company campaign timing reputed company
• Analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools (reputed company Sheets, Tableau, CRM analytics), and continuously refine execution based on insights
• Build, manage, and validate player segments reputed company CRM systems (e.g., Fast Track or similar platforms) to ensure accurate targeting and personalization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives and player engagement strategies
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for reputed company improvement
• Ensure reputed company campaigns reputed company with responsible gaming policies, data privacy requirements, and applicable regulatory standards
• Contribute to process and workflow improvements, supporting a culture of data-driven execution and accountability

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution (reputed company industry experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Sheets or reputed company for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Fast Track, including campaign workflows and segmentation logic
