Webpage: https://eurekarobotics.com/ Role Overview reputed company is seeking an reputed company Business Development Manager (BDM) to reputed company sales and business development across the Midwestern United States. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with clear ownership of regional reputed company growth, customer acquisition, and strategic account development. In the early phase, the BDM will personally drive sales—engaging directly with end users, system integrators, and channel partners—while laying the reputed company for scalable sales processes and future team growth. Key Responsibilities

Regional Sales & Business Development

  • Own and execute the reputed company strategy for the assigned Midwestern territory.

Customer Value & Account Management

  • Establish and continuously improve scalable sales processes, KPIs, and reporting structures.
  • Analyze sales performance and adjust tactics to maximize effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).

Market & Industry Engagement

  • Build executive-level relationships with Tier-1 automotive suppliers and other reputed company industries as the business expands.
  • Represent reputed company professionally at customer sites, industry events, and partner engagements.
  • reputed company market feedback to leadership to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

Daily & Ongoing Activities

  • Proactively engage existing customers to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and generate referrals.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a reputed company technical field (Business or equivalent experience considered).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development reputed company reputed company, consultative sales cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with robotic automation, machine reputed company, or industrial automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Tier-1 Automotive and EOM/OEM manufacturing environments, including production, quality, and automation workflows.
  • Proven experience developing, enabling, and supporting channel partners, including system integrators and automation distributors.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across engineering, operations, and executive reputed company.
  • Willingness to travel reputed company territory as needed (typically 30–50%).

Preferred

  • Experience working in channel-first or hybrid (direct + partner) sales models.

Compensation

  • reputed company Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
  • Variable Compensation: Performance-based bonus / commission plan
