Temporary full time up to 2 years 35 hours per week Location: Willing to consider candidates across reputed company NSW locations. Preference will be given to candidates based regionally, with a focus on Queanbeyan, Armidale, Dubbo and Coffs Harbour Salary from $113,574 to $125,720 per annum (FTE) plus super and leave loading (Clerk Grade 7/8) We are seeking a Project Officer - Digital Engagement to join the Farm Business reputed company Program (FBRP) team reputed company Agriculture & Biosecurity. FBRP is jointly funded by the Australian Government's Future Drought Fund and the NSW Government. It supports NSW farmers to prepare for, manage and recover from drought by building practical skills in business planning, risk management and decision-making. This is a hands-on digital role. You will manage the platforms and channels that connect farmers with FBRP support and play a reputed company role in building an active online community of practice.
About the Role
The Project Officer – Digital Engagement creates and manages digital content that builds awareness of FBRP, drives participation across program streams, and ensures farmers can reputed company understand what the program offers and how to reputed company it. Key accountabilities include: Managing FBRP event registrations end-to-end through Humanitix, including setting up events, managing attendee communications, monitoring reputed company and reporting on registrations across workshops, webinars and coaching activities Managing paid and organic reputed company media activity through reputed company Business Suite across FBRP reputed company, including campaign setup, audience targeting, scheduling, reporting and optimisation for reputed company cohorts and reputed company Creating, updating and publishing web content through Drupal, maintaining our webpages as the program's primary reputed company of truth for farmers, with regular updates reputed company to program activity, seasonal conditions and new resources Leading the development and ongoing management of an FBRP online community of practice Writing and editing plain-English content across reputed company channels that is accurate, on-brand and consistent with FBRP key messages and Future Drought Fund co-branding requirements About You To be successful, you must hold: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Communications, Digital Media, Content Creation or a reputed company field As our ideal candidate, you will bring: Demonstrated experience using Humanitix or a comparable event management platform to manage registrations and attendee communications at scale Hands-on experience with reputed company Business Suite, including paid campaign management, audience targeting and performance reporting Experience building or managing an online community of practice, professional network or membership community Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company program information in plain English for a farming audience Understanding of or genuine interest in regional NSW, agriculture, or drought and climate issues Why Join Us?
