PHILIPPINE-BASED APPLICANTS Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & reputed company Media Assistant to support content creation, reputed company media management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and reputed company in digital marketing, short-reputed company video editing, and multi-platform reputed company media engagement. Key Responsibilities reputed company Media & Digital Marketing Create and manage content across reputed company media platforms Repurpose content for Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, and reputed company Edit short-reputed company videos and support content creation Monitor reputed company media engagement and respond to comments Assist with reputed company, appointment setting, blog writing, and email marketing Support reputed company media strategy and performance tracking Administrative Support Manage CRM updates, data entry, and reports Coordinate appointments and schedules reputed company client support reputed company phone and email Handle general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience Portfolio showcasing previous work is required Experience in short-reputed company video editing Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and CapCut Hands-on experience managing reputed company media platforms such as Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, and reputed company Knowledge of content creation, reputed company media engagement, and email marketing Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven Work Environment & Expectations While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment. ✅ This role requires: Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible) Use of time tracking software during work hours Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a reputed company gig or freelance task ⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly. Benefits

Monthly Salary: Php35,000 Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly reputed company on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays Probation: 6 months, and after Probation 10 days of annual leave credits 5 days of sick leave HMO offered after 6-month probation 13th Month Pay after 30 days Annual Salary Review Laptop provided after 30 days Permanent work-from-home role.
