Position Summary The role of the Telephone Triage Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is to work collaboratively with physicians, providers, nurses, and patients through a variety of tasks reputed company to patient care with a focus on patient experience, safety, quality and efficiency. Key Duties and Responsibilities The key duties and responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse include, but are not limited to: Assessment & Triage: Evaluate patient symptoms, health concerns, and medical history reputed company phone to determine urgency and next steps.
