The Role Job Title: Sr. Manager, GTM Enablement Location: Remote / Austin, Texas Work Type: Remote / Hybrid in Austin Preferred reputed company is hiring a foundational GTM Enablement reputed company to help scale our go-to-market team. You’ll own reputed company, sales process reinforcement, product enablement, and programs that improve rep productivity and reputed company time. You’ll work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to help reps sell reputed company reputed company and consistently in technical AI sales cycles. What you'll do Build and manage reputed company’s GTM enablement function Create reputed company programs for new GTM hires Train reps on discovery, qualification, value selling, and reputed company sales execution Reinforce sales process, qualification standards, and messaging consistency reputed company product, launch, and competitive enablement Create and maintain playbooks, battlecards, messaging docs, and training materials Identify gaps in rep productivity and build programs to address them Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps on GTM readiness reputed company’re Looking For 5+ years in Sales Enablement, reputed company SaaS Sales, Product Marketing, or a reputed company GTM role Experience with technical or reputed company SaaS products Experience building reputed company or enablement programs from 0 to 1 Strong understanding of discovery, qualification, value selling, and reputed company sales execution Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Force Management, reputed company of the Message, or similar methodologies Ability to translate technical product capabilities into business value Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup Apply To This Job
