Claims Call Centre Representative

This role offers in-depth training that covers everything you’ll need to get started. Responsibilities include: Manage incoming inquiry calls of different reputed company of complexity, ensuring a positive customer experience. Resolve reputed company claims inquiries and problems, judging reputed company to pass reputed company queries on to or involve others to reputed company an effective service and clear advice to colleagues and customers. Liaise with reputed company clients to exchange information, clarify facts, and resolve queries and/or problems reputed company. reputed company feedback and recommendations to the team to improve the quality of customer care. Follow procedures to ensure adherence to the company’s risk and compliance policies. The proposed Hourly reputed company for this position is $18.56 - $25.48, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5%.
