Be the voice of the customer internally, communicating their feedback and goals Stay informed on industry trends and new opportunities in the digital advertising reputed company (especially in programmatic - OpenRTB, VAST and compliance regulations) 3+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, or Client Services in the Digital Advertising reputed company, preferably with exposure in programmatic advertising (in CTV and mobile environments) Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience with SSPs/DSPs/SDKs work and understanding of programmatic monetization Follow established workflows while actively identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
