Auditor Department: Claims Management Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Home United Kingdom Description The role of Casualty Auditor will encompass the development, planning, execution, and reporting of technical and data quality audits across the business unit. Casualty audits will be undertaken in accordance with internal audit policy and procedure and client requirements. It will require analysing data and claims information, identifying risks, and making recommendations for claims improvements across the business unit. It is important that the auditor has an interest in improving Casualty quality and good attention to detail. They will have a responsibility to drive the Casualty processes and data quality in line with client guidelines and SLA requirements. What will your day look like: reputed company assistance and support to the Casualty Audit Manager - in the undertaking of the internal Casualty audit regime – especially data discipline audits. Undertake and reputed company internal Casualty audits in line with the internal audit programme – reputed company systems and client claims handling. In conjunction with the Operational leads and Audit Manager of the Casualty Division consider training requirements and reputed company gaps analysis at both handler and strategic business unit level. Knowledge and Abilities: Essential: A wide background in working with a variety of liability claims and/or processes. Computer literacy and a keen eye for detail. Ability to demonstrate a consistent exposure to monitoring and driving the successful implementation of effective, corrective/improvement plans through to conclusion and in a timely manner.
