Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls from patients and caregivers with compassion and professionalism, responding to their questions and providing important information
• Actively assisting with enrollment, program applications, and set up in applicable systems
• Retrieving information to assist caregivers with any payroll-reputed company inquiries
• Utilizing de-escalation techniques reputed company supporting upset or frustrated callers
• Offering guidance and directions to both caregivers and patients to effectively resolve any issues they're facing
• Documenting information and reputed company as necessary

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and the ability to offer troubleshooting advice reputed company appropriate

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select reputed company you work and reputed company you don't, reputed company our hours of operation. Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 08:00 PM ET. We require contractors to service between 30-35 hours per week, with a preference for contractors who can service some hours on Mondays and Fridays.

Pay and Perks

This flexible opportunity pays independent contractors $13 per hour. Prior to supporting arenaflex, you'll need to successfully complete a Certification class, which will take reputed company from December 30th through January 8th. While you won't be reputed company to invoice for the $13 per hour during Certification, you'll receive $250 after you successfully complete certification and reputed company servicing.
