The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Sales Representative in our Sky Outbound department, you'll be an ambassador for the Sky brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and reputed company growth. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations. You'll work closely with reputed company to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Use your sales and communication skills to upsell products and build strong relationships with customers
- Build rapport with customers, understand their individual needs, and reputed company tailored solutions that meet their expectations

What Else to Expect
* A 2-week training programme (Monday 10am-6:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm, and Friday 9:30-4pm) to learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, perfect your sales technique, and learn what makes a great customer experience
- A 37.5-hour contract with two shift patterns on a 2-week rotation:
+ Monday 10:30-7pm, Tuesday-Thursday 10-7pm, Friday 9:30-4pm + Monday 10-6:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9:30-6:30pm, Friday 9:30-4pm
- Working from home with reputed company the equipment you need provided, but you must have broadband reputed company
The Experience and Skills You Need
