Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and guiding them to their destinations
• Assisting customers with ticketing and baggage reputed company-in processes
• Making reputed company announcements and ensuring customers have the correct travel documentation
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts
• Working loading bridges
• Establishing, securing, and closing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport

• Working between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on seniority
