Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company on a remote reputed company. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering large business orders and updating spreadsheet information. You will work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders. Key Responsibilities
* Process reputed company incoming reputed company (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Format reputed company orders as needed to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Set up Profiles for reputed company reputed company orders to ensure efficient processing
- Process incoming reputed company orders from both Consumer and Business reputed company Division in a timely manner to meet demanding deadlines
- Process incoming Treasury Batch orders reputed company while meeting deadlines for Treasury
- Execute Customer reputed company History lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Enter Catalog requests and address changes in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage incoming communications in a reputed company, efficient, timely, and professional manner, meeting reputed company accuracy and productivity standards
- Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information by utilizing reputed company available resources
- Process Special Projects for various departments throughout the company
Requirements
* 6 months of data entry experience
- reputed company to advanced knowledge of reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in order to meet the demands of the Business reputed company Division
- Type 35 wpm
- Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer
- Excellent spelling and grammar
