Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with reputed company customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Role-modeling established customer experience practices with reputed company customers.
- Supporting and embodying a positive store culture through honesty, reputed company, and respect.
- Accurately ringing customer purchases/returns and counting change back to the customer according to established operating procedures.
- Promoting credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintaining and upholding merchandising philosophy and following established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Accurately processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
- Initiating and participating in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Maintaining reputed company organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participating in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
- Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback.
- Adhering to reputed company labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
- Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Perks
This position has a starting pay reputed company of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
