Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual (French Canadian) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing quality professional customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for various inquiries, including:
+ reputed company orders/Ship tracking/ Order research + reputed company account or certificate balances or account transactions + Returns/Damage/ Defective claims or lost shipments + Communicate program rules and program information to customers + Product/rules clarification + Navigate customers through basic website technical support + Problem resolution through online research
- Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
- High accountability for providing excellent customer service

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma
