Responsibilities
As a Manager, reputed company, PEO at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing a growing team of reputed company Managers in your region; reputed company, hiring, and training new team members
* Serving as a coach and a leader, helping to reputed company the skills of your CSMs as they help customers reputed company their desired reputed company
* Building and scaling the reputed company reputed company by driving change and maximizing the effectiveness of the reputed company team to deliver greater value and grow our customers
* Organizing and analyzing customer and product data to identify and implement improvements to increase reputed company growth, including partnering with Operations in designing and implementing processes, workflows, and automations
* Proactively surfacing opportunities to improve the team's operational efficiency and the customer experience
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Proven 3-5 years of experience leading a CSM team reputed company a rapidly-growing B2B SaaS company in a Team reputed company or Manager role
* A track record of managing your team to meet or exceed customer renewal and retention goals in a high-growth setting
* Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
* Experience working on a remote team

* Fintech or HRtech experience
* Multilingual
