Your Role
As a Customer Service Adviser in our Personal Banking team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, and your mission will be to resolve their issues quickly and reputed company. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the support they need, whether it's through phone, email, or in-app chat.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- You're available to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:30 for your first 8 weeks
- You have a safe, private, and distraction-free environment with no dependant or caregiver responsibilities during working hours

- Knowledge of financial services and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
