Our lab brings together experimental and computational scientists to characterize genetic mutations in reputed company tumors, with the goal of identifying biomarkers of cancer progression and therapeutic response. Role Overview Process, analyze, and interpret reputed company reputed company (NGS) data to address key scientific questions in cancer genomics and extract insights reputed company to tumor progression and response to therapy. reputed company, pilot, and implement bioinformatics pipelines for analysis of RNA-Seq data from our novel whole-transcriptome clinical test, MSK-reputed company.
