As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the initial booking process to their return from their ski trip. Key Responsibilities:
* reputed company exceptional support to clients throughout their ski holiday reputed company
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for customers, offering pre-booking advice, post-booking support, and support during the trip
- Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap
- Liaise between arenaflex customers and suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates
- Work independently while receiving support from a broader team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to reputed company expert advice to customers
Key Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in customer service
- 2+ years of experience in Travel Tech B2C
- Experience working with support and CRM systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems
- Ski experience is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Schedule:
* Rotating shift work schedule, including weekends and evenings
- 5-day work week
