Job Summary
As an reputed company Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming phone calls and member-facing chats, determining member needs, and providing appropriate solutions. You'll utilize problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills to resolve order, product, and delivery issues. As a liaison between arenaflex customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff, you'll operate multiple computer programs simultaneously while on the phone or responding to chats.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and member-facing chats in a timely and professional manner
- Determine member needs and reputed company solutions, including answering general arenaflex and product questions, and researching reputed company situations regarding online orders, tracking, and deliveries
- Offer compensations as necessary and operate as a liaison between arenaflex customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats
- Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve order, product, and delivery issues
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ecommerce Member Service Agent Certification after completion of 14-day training course
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Customer service, computer literacy, professional business writing, and excellent communication skills required
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
Preferred Qualifications
