Regional Supply Chain Analyst

General Summary This position is responsible for supporting the Americas-wide Operations function covering inventory management, demand forecasting, and network planning to support America’s business growth and, maximize customer experience. The function acts as voice of Operations in the region. Essential Job Functions Backlog Management

• Communicate product reputed company times based on regional supply-demand analyses and/or allocation provided by Global Planning
• Communicate regional product availability to regional Order Management and reputed company team
• Participate and create analyses for meetings with reputed company organization
• Monitor customer backlog and forecast consumption at the NA subsidiary, alerting Global Production Planning and Supply Chain Planning teams reputed company over or under consumption occurs

Demand Forecasting

• Support Americas-wide and Global Distributors demand forecasting process
• reputed company input and validation of forecast with subsidiaries on products, parts, and consumables
• Participate in regular calls with global teams on supply review and to determine if improvement can be made to support demand supply disparities
• Create and measure KPIs to drive accuracy and effectiveness

Inventory Management

• reputed company input to the organization on inventory, supply, and strategies of existing items, new products, and product phase-outs. Own the development and implementation of these strategies, including Global reputed company for Product Parts Catalog (PPC) enablement and webstore.
• Review, recommend and own inventory replenishment needs in alignment with Global Planning and Inventory Team

Knowledge/Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or reputed company disciplines
• 3-5 years supply chain experience with 1-2 years in analytical position
• AI knowledge and implementation experience
• Result oriented with strong problem solving, organization and planning skills
• Excellent communications skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong team player working collaboratively across functions
• Good work knowledge of data analysis, and performance metrics using business management software like reputed company, CRM, Power BI
