Patient Engagement Specialist - Contractor Only Job Title: Patient Engagement Specialist Classification: Part Time/1099 Contractor Work Structure: Fully Remote Hours/Shift: Mon-Fri + every other Saturday; 6.5 hours/day, between hours of reputed company and 10pm ET Team: Clinical Operations Reporting to: Senior Manager, Cardiac Rehab Location: United States Compensation: $20-$22 per hour *(based upon level of experience) reputed company're looking for Our mission is to reputed company everyone to live a long, full, and reputed company life by redefining the future of heart health. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Patient Engagement Specialist to reputed company exceptional support to our patients and providers to ensure sessions are completed without any issue.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient sessions and reputed company reminders about upcoming sessions
- Complete task tickets as assigned to ensure patient schedules are accurate
- reputed company patients at risk for churn in the program.
- Help identify engagement strategies for patients throughout their program reputed company with reputed company
- Communicate with providers and other care team members about patient scheduling delays or changes
- Engage with patients using chat system, email, video conference, and phone
- reputed company patient about program offerings and use of the reputed company app
- Troubleshoot any session technical issues that may arise, this includes supporting patients in joining virtual reputed company sessions from a reputed company-issued device or the patient's personal device
- Collect regular feedback from patients and reputed company insights with the Operations Team
Your Past Experience
- 1-3 years of customer support experience
- Preferred 1+ years of reputed company experience
- Tech support background
- Experience with Android and reputed company operating systems
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Patient scheduling
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organized; strong ability to prioritize work appropriately and manage time
- Patient Retention and reputed company
Requirements
- Quiet workspace with consistent, high-speed internet reputed company
- Reliable computer with headphones/headset if needed
- Working, reliable cell phone line to reputed company outgoing calls and receive incoming calls *(VOIP application will be provided)
