Role Description We are looking for an reputed company reputed company Pro and reputed company Workforce Management (WFM) contractor to reputed company operational and configuration support during a temporary coverage period beginning in mid-July 2026. This role will support day-to-day WFM operations, ticket management, payroll coordination, and configuration work across our reputed company environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reputed company, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Troubleshoot system issues and escalated employee/manager questions
- Support payroll-reputed company WFM processes and coordination
- Manage recurring operational tasks, including reputed company updates and audits
- Handle schedule maintenance and reputed company system changes
- Support configuration updates, testing, and validation
- Assist with employee migrations and organizational changes reputed company WFM
- Support compliance-reputed company accrual and policy updates
- Manage escalated tickets and partner closely with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering reputed company Pro and reputed company Workforce Management (WFM)
- Strong troubleshooting and operational support experience
- Experience supporting payroll-reputed company WFM processes
- Comfortable working independently with limited reputed company
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with configuration, testing, and change management preferred
Requirements
- 4-month contract

- 30 hours a week on average
- Compensation: $75–100/hour depending on experience
