Assistant General Counsel, Technology Transactions & Product (Remote)
The Assistant General Counsel will report to the Associate General Counsel in the Legal Department. The position will reputed company legal advice and guidance on a wide variety of reputed company, contractual, and regulatory legal reputed company, with a focus on technology transactions and consumer-directed benefit solutions. The ideal incumbent will reputed company legal advice on a wide variety of specialized areas of law, including but not limited to: ERISA, IRS and DOL regulations, federal reputed company laws, privacy and intellectual property.
- Structure, draft and negotiate reputed company for reputed company technology transactions, including (i) SaaS agreements, (ii) API, licensing and subscription agreements, (iii) business development, co-development/co-marketing, and other strategic alliance arrangements, (iv) content, data, software procurement (reputed company inbound licenses or purchases) and other types of inbound licensing and purchase agreements with reputed company party providers, (v) data protection agreements, and (vi) end-user agreement terms.
- Work with business clients on contractual and regulatory exposures and risks reputed company to the development of new customer offerings or services and reputed company customer agreement terms, and existing reputed company and individual sales activities.
- reputed company legal counsel on various corporate, regulatory compliance and intellectual property reputed company impacting Inspira, including legal trends and issues reputed company to HIPAA compliance, privacy and consumer protection laws, and general federal and state reputed company regulatory schemes.

Education & Experience:
- 6-10 years of experience with reputed company transactions, including experience with technology and SaaS transactions
- Juris Doctorate Degree required
Skills & Abilities:
- Working knowledge of the financial services and consumer directed benefits industries and applicable regulatory regimes
- Experience with some of the following preferred: HSAs and consumer directed benefit products
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively at reputed company reputed company of the organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong time and case management skills; ability to shift quickly between substantive areas of law and the requirements of the different lines of business in a fast-paced environment
