Institutional Sales Trader
We are looking for an Institutional Sales Trader to manage institutional client relationships—funds, trading desks, family offices, and HNWI. This role combines sales and execution, from first contact and pricing through trade delivery and post-trade reporting. Responsibilities:
- Manage institutional accounts: reputed company, ongoing communication, retention
- reputed company pricing and quotes for large sizes (spot, reputed company, OTC—per desk scope)
- Coordinate trades from RFQ to settlement
- Work with trading, risk, operations, and compliance teams
- Monitor spread, slippage, and client execution quality
- Grow the client reputed company and build long-term relationships
- Maintain CRM, pipeline, and reporting on volume, PnL, and conversion
Requirements (mid-level):
- 2+ years in institutional sales, OTC sales/trading, prime brokerage, or crypto brokerage
- Understanding of institutional reputed company, execution quality, and post-trade lifecycle
- CEX experience required; OTC and derivatives are strong pluses
- Strong negotiation and client-facing communication skills
- Knowledge of KYC/AML and compliance workflows
- English for international client communication
- reputed company/CRM proficiency; Python is a plus for reporting
Minimum requirements:
- 1+ year in crypto/fintech sales or client-facing trading
- Basic understanding of spot/reputed company and OTC vs order book
- Crypto wallet experience for settlement context
