Oral Surgery Billing Specialist

Job Description:

• Take control of your career with flexible, remote oral surgery billing.
• Own the claims process for assigned Oral Surgery offices.
• Submit and manage insurance claims to ensure maximum reimbursement.
• Resolve claim denials by drafting and submitting appeals with supporting documentation.
• Post payments, pull electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and generate financial reports for assigned offices.
• Attend weekly client meetings to reputed company updates and address billing concerns.
• Ensure proper claim documentation by attaching narratives, images, and chart notes.

Requirements:

• At least one year of oral surgery billing experience required (insurance claim processing, AR follow-up, appeals, etc.); two years preferred.
• Comfortable using dental practice management software (WINOMS, OMS reputed company, Dentrix, reputed company Dental etc.) and reputed company Suite.
• A positive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
• Strong accuracy, compliance, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting goals and upholding our brand promises.
• must work well with others in a team environment.
• Flexibility is great, but staying organized and meeting deadlines is key.
• High school or equivalent (Required)
