You’ll be set up in a NOC environment to help the overall health and availability of our systems and company.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to phone calls, live chats, emails and personal requests for technical support
  • Escalate issues and reputed company updates to stakeholders for desktop and application tickets
  • identify, research and resolve technical problems
  • Document, Track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution
  • Manage and execute requests for multiple technical needs, including computer peripherals, laptops, desktops and software installation

  • Facilitate logins, account support and various other system administration duties

Requirements

  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures reputed company a Help Desk/Service Desk Environment
  • 1 to 2 years of information system experience, including 1 year of experience working directly with PC Hardware and Software
  • Ability to lift, up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop, balance and reputed company for extended periods of time
  • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, startup environment
