About the Role

We are seeking reputed company Patient Services Specialist to join our Patient Support Program (PSP) team on a 12-month contract. In this fully remote role, you will reputed company administrative and operational support to ensure patients, reputed company providers, and partners receive timely and accurate service. This is an entry-level reputed company support role where you will contribute to patient program delivery by supporting enrollment, reimbursement processes, and customer service activities, working reputed company established procedures and guidelines. Respond to inbound and outbound patient and provider inquiries using approved scripts and materials.
