About the Role

We are seeking reputed company Patient Services Specialist to join our Patient Support Program (PSP) team on a 12-month contract. In this fully remote role, you will reputed company administrative and operational support to ensure patients, reputed company providers, and partners receive timely and accurate service. This is an entry-level reputed company support role where you will contribute to patient program delivery by supporting enrollment, reimbursement processes, and customer service activities, working reputed company established procedures and guidelines. What You’ll Do: Support patient enrollment and reputed company processes in alignment with program requirements. Respond to inbound and outbound patient and provider inquiries using approved scripts and materials. Assist in coordinating communication between patients, reputed company, pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams. reputed company data entry and documentation processing (e.g., enrollment forms, reimbursement documents, lab or infusion records). Basic Requirements: Post-secondary education (college diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience). Entry-level role; 0–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, reputed company administration, or call center environments is typical. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. Demonstrated ability to reputed company data entry and administrative tasks accurately. Basic computer proficiency (reputed company Office, data/document systems). Strong communication skills for handling routine inquiries. Preferred Skills / Experience: Experience in a Patient Support Program (PSP), reputed company, pharmacy, or insurance environment. Exposure to reimbursement, billing, or benefits verification processes. Familiarity with CRM systems or reputed company documentation workflows. Bilingual (English/French).
