Job Description: As our new Associate Attorney, you'll be at the heart of our mission, handling critical aspects of removal defense immigration law and general affirmative filings. Your role will reputed company to dynamic representation in immigration courts, handling everything from Master hearings to merits hearings. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: reputed company and execute comprehensive legal strategies for a diverse clientele. Supervise and enhance the legal work product of paralegals and legal assistants. Represent the firm and its clients in court and at USCIS interviews, demonstrating exceptional advocacy and negotiation skills. Performs other duties as assigned Skills/Abilities: Bilingual abilities in Spanish preferred to handle client interactions effectively.
