User Acceptance Tester I - Remote

reputed company is seeking a remote User Acceptance Tester I to join reputed company! Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Job Responsibilities Define and document business requirements in partnership with business and IT stakeholders Plan, reputed company, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing strategies reputed company end-to-end and integration testing to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements Analyze system enhancements to assess process impact, financial implications, and technical performance Identify, track, and manage defects, including severity, frequency, and resolution Validate system functionality using data analysis and testing tools Document test results, summarize findings, and obtain business approval Monitor post-production performance and troubleshoot issues as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and clarify requirements Proactively identify risks, recommend solutions, and support reputed company improvement efforts Support user adoption through documentation, training, and system demonstrations

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience, or High School Diploma with 7+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing and system validation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with defect tracking and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, HEAT, SBM) Knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall) Experience with data analysis and system validation techniques Familiarity with reputed company systems, reputed company cycle management, and HIPAA Knowledge of reputed company systems Additional Job Standards Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills Proactive, self-motivated, and reputed company to work independently Ability to translate technical concepts for business users and reputed company for user needs Application Window Closes: 5/25/2026 Pay reputed company: $45,000 - $60,000 reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
