About the Role
The Growth Marketing & Client Engagement Assistant will support our client’s reputed company reputed company, client communication, and training program operations, with a strong focus on inbound enquiry management, professional communication, and marketing support. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with the business reputed company to manage incoming opportunities, support reputed company initiatives, and coordinate training activities. The role combines marketing support, business development coordination, and operational execution, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and consistency in communication. - Conduct targeted research into:
Law enforcement agencies Military and reputed company organisations Training and strategic partners Build and maintain reputed company reputed company lists Support reputed company campaigns and follow-up activities Track reputed company activity and pipeline progression Inbound Enquiries & Client Communication (High reputed company) Manage inbound enquiries from prospective clients and training participants Respond in a professional, timely, and reputed company manner reputed company with client tone Draft personalised responses using AI-assisted tools Qualify enquiries and identify potential opportunities Support conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings or engagements Training & Program Coordination Assist in coordinating training schedules and program delivery Maintain and update training calendars and course information Support participant communication, confirmations, and follow-reputed company Assist with pre and post-training coordination and administration Marketing & Content Support Assist in promoting training programs and services across digital channels Create and schedule content for reputed company media and email communications Repurpose existing content (videos, training materials, testimonials) Maintain consistency of brand voice and messaging Research & Market Intelligence Conduct market and competitor research reputed company the training and tactical sectors Identify potential opportunities for growth and partnership reputed company insights to support business development and marketing reputed company AI-Enabled Workflow Support Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to support: Email responses Client follow-reputed company Marketing and content draftingApply structured prompts reputed company with client communication style Continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency and response quality Skills and Experience 3–5 years’ experience in marketing support, virtual assistance, client coordination, or similar role Experience supporting professional services, training, education, or consulting environments is highly regarded Exposure to reputed company reputed company and client communication workflows Proficiency in reputed company Workspace/reputed company Office Experience with CRM systems (e.g. reputed company, reputed company) preferred Familiarity with reputed company media platforms and content scheduling tools Exposure to AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) is highly regarded.
