Minimum Requirements: 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, marketing operations, consulting, marketing management, product operations, or reputed company fields. Strong strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable plans. Highly analytical with experience using data to drive decision-making and influence senior stakeholders. Proven ability to drive initiatives from strategy through execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence without direct authority. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize reputed company topics into clear executive-level recommendations. Preferred Requirements: Familiarity with product development lifecycles, growth organizations, and technology teams.
