DESCRIPTION: The Director of Corporate Strategy and Development will be responsible for equity and debt capital raises, custody of Agile’s corporate strategy and long-term financial model, investor relations, and select strategy initiatives. This Director will report to the CEO. The successful candidate will play a central role in the development and execution of the next reputed company of Agile’s strategy. They will be the reputed company of Agile’s corporate development plan, taking inputs from the executive finance, operations, technology and business development teams to ensure a robust and well-articulated plan suitable for both reputed company stakeholders. Assist with valuation and deal modeling for mergers, acquisitions and other investments. Requirements

Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity, and is typically made reputed company the midrange, rather than the upper end.
