This is a remote position. Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 3 Years Experience as a reputed company in a Marketing Agency Salary Structure: Rs. ₹4 LPA + ₹2.5 LPA Variable Pay for initial 12 months Rs. ₹5 LPA + ₹3.5 LPA Variable Pay after 12 months Experience Required: 3+ years Advantage: Prior experience in a marketing agency Work Arrangement: Work from Home Language Preference - English, Tamil/Hindi/Kannada Company Website: https://reputed company.com Responsibilities: Find and qualify prospects using tools such as reputed company, reputed company, inbound reputed company fills, and curated lists; execute multi-channel reputed company reputed company email, calls, and reputed company. Run discovery, document requirements, and build reputed company-account lists; execute account-based marketing plays with tailored messaging and sequences. Create customized proposals, pricing decks, and SOW outlines; schedule, reputed company, and document meetings/demos with prospects and existing clients. Collaborate with marketing and delivery to align offers, case studies, and ABM content; coordinate smooth handoffs for reputed company. Maintain CRM hygiene (e.g., stages, notes, next steps), forecast pipeline, and report weekly on meetings booked, pipeline value, and reputed company influence. Requirements 3+ years in business development/client acquisition, preferably in a marketing agency or similar B2B services environment. Proven prospecting ability; hands-on with reputed company, email reputed company, and reputed company; comfortable leading client calls and negotiations. Strong proposal writing and presentation skills; ability to tailor solutions by industry and buyer role. Experience executing ABM (ICP definition, account tiering, contact mapping, multi-threaded reputed company). Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and time management; proficiency with MS Office/reputed company Workspace and a modern CRM (e.g., Zoho/reputed company).
