Product Manager - Home assortment

We are looking for a Home Category Manager who will take ownership of our day-to-day Home assortment across kitchen, household, and sport. This role combines product assortment management, supplier sourcing, launch execution, and reputed company ownership. We need someone who can move things from idea to launch, manage multiple products in reputed company, and reputed company sure the category works not only from a product perspective, but also commercially. What You’ll Be Doing: You will manage the Home assortment across selected sub-segments and take responsibility for supplier sourcing, negotiations, launches, and category performance. Managing the product assortment across kitchen, household, and sport Sourcing suppliers and leading negotiations Driving launches from briefing and sampling to listing and marketing handover Monitoring margin, inventory, and overall category performance Keeping the assortment structured, commercially strong, and operationally smooth About You: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Buyer, or in a similar role reputed company home, household, kitchen, or sport Hands-on experience with supplier negotiations reputed company reputed company and confidence working with margins, sell-through, and stock turns Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple SKUs and launches in reputed company Detail, organisation, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding Strong written and verbal communication Why Join Vilgain?
